Sense of Community

Thank all of you for another wonderful year at Putnam Village. Management and staff are kind, caring, and truly dedicated, as well as maintenance. They're phenomenal. I'd also like to mention the news bulleting. This comes once a month right at my door. :) This is just one of many extra little touches they do for you at Mayfair.

I am sad to leave my apartment at Putnam Village. I have made a wonderful home here and highly recommend living at this very well run establishment. In approximately four years, I never had any problems of any kind. The grounds and apartment buildings were always beautifully maintained.

I moved to Hillcrest Village and stayed for 27 years. They were good years and I enjoyed the amenities that were available to me. The office was always there and the maintenance crew was outstanding. Reluctantly, as a result of medical problems, I had to move. I now pay more for less. Mayfair Realty was the best landlord I ever had.

I have had yet another happy year at Putnam Village. The activities are fun, my apartment is cozy, the services are great, and I certainly appreciate my new parking space. My 85 year old feet say "thank you" each day!
