Great place to live--quiet and peaceful and very well maintained. Wonderful and friendly staff. We've enjoyed our 2 years living at Hillcrest Village. We met great neighbors and became friends with a lot of the residents. The amenities are superb, especially the swimming pool. We have spent summer months at the pool and always felt as if we were in a resort.

We have been tenants for almost 5 years. Ownership and management are great. The place is unique in regard to its quietness, trees, deer, rabbits, and turkeys! Highly recommend Pine Tree Gardens.

I have been with Mayfair for 7 years. My experience has been amazing! They are just the best. Personnel is very friendly and the maintenance services simply outstanding.
