Routine maintenance requests can be submitted easily through our resident portal, and for after-hours emergencies, our on-call maintenance technicians are just a phone call away.

I must say that the time I have lived in Putnam Village has been a wonderful experience. The grounds are so well kept and everyone associated with Mayfair are very nice and easy to get along with. If I wasn't relocating out of state, I would never leave. The whole atmosphere here is peaceful, serene and quiet. Not only is this a beautiful place to live but it is also a very good value.

We met great neighbors and became friends with a lot of the residents. The amenities are superb, especially the swimming pool. We have spent summer months at the pool and always felt as if we were in a resort.

The pool will absolutely be missed as our daughter, Lauren, has learned to swim here and has spent many hours at the pool. The staff and maintenance have been fabulous, especially during the winter, making sure that the parking lots and walkways are clear of snow. They have always responded quickly to any maintenance concern we have had. They are the best.
