At Mayfair there are no hidden extras; all amenities are included. Our two clubhouses are open 24 hours a day and offer free WiFi and cable TV. Both facilities house a complete fitness center, billiards room, card room, and an outdoor swimming pool. Leaseholders are free to use the putting green, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and take advantage of our community garden plots.

Great place to live--quiet and peaceful and very well maintained. Wonderful and friendly staff. We've enjoyed our 2 years living at Hillcrest Village. We met great neighbors and became friends with a lot of the residents. The amenities are superb, especially the swimming pool. We have spent summer months at the pool and always felt as if we were in a resort.

D. RodmanHillcrest apartments are amazing! When we needed maintenance they were quick to respond and friendly. Quiet neighborhood, great neighbors, plowing down to a science. Office girls are extremely nice and friendly. Lots of trips and fun things to do. Apartment is very comfortable in the winter. Would never have left if we didn't move to Florida.
