Kevin Weinfeld
President and co-owner
Prior to joining the Mayfair Realty & Development management team, Kevin Weinfeld enjoyed an extensive career in the advertising and marketing industry for numerous international hotels and resorts and as Vice President of Marketing for an East Coast chain of music, stereo, and video stores. His impressive business background also includes founding member of Shadow Traffic in Philadelphia, Chicago and New York.
Originally from Philadelphia, Kevin attended Temple University and Penn State where his concentration was in Theater and Film.
He holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License and Remodelers License.
Since moving to Foxboro in 1989 with his wife Dianne, Kevin has been an active member of the community, serving on numerous elected and appointed municipal boards, including the Board of Selectmen, Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Post Office Relocation Committee. He presently serves as Chairman of the Foxboro Planning Board and sits on the Town Asset Review Committee.
Both Kevin and Dianne are strongly committed to the support of a wide variety of local organizations, including the Foxboro Hockomock YMCA, the Foxboro Discretionary Fund, Temple Israel in Sharon and the Massachusetts General Hospital Stoeckle Center for Primary Care.
Dianne Weinfeld
Vice President and co-owner
Dianne Weinfeld carries on the tradition of providing quality living quarters for individuals and families of all ages started by her parents Alex and Sonja Spier, the founding partners of Mayfair Realty & Development.
A graduate of Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Dianne began her career at Professional Management Services, headquartered in Wellesley, MA, providing management expertise to hospital-based physician groups.
In 1989, Dianne, a licensed Real Estate broker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, became an active member of the Mayfair Realty & Development management team.
Dianne has served as Chairperson of Foxboro Human Services; Chairperson of the Foxboro Boyden Library Board of Trustees; President of the Foxborough Monday Club and as a member of the Board of Directors at Temple Israel in Sharon. Presently, she is a Advisory Board member of the Massachusetts General Hospital Stoeckle Center for Primary Care.
In a continuing effort to "give back" to her community, Dianne and her husband Kevin are strong supporters of numerous local organizations, including the Foxboro Hockomock YMCA and the Foxboro Discretionary Fund.
Rich Feeley
Vice President of Operations
Rich Feeley's career with Mayfair Realty & Development began in 1977 while he was a student at Foxboro High School. Upon graduation he joined the company as a member of the Maintenance Department and in four short years was promoted to Superintendent of Maintenance.
Rich oversaw the construction of Hillcrest Village as Construction Manager in the mid 1980's and in 1986 assumed his present pivotal role as Vice President of Operations.
During this time period Rich attended evening classes at Stonehill College, graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
He is a Certified Property Manager, having received the designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and also holds a Construction Supervisors License from the State of Massachusetts.
Rich was a member of the Mansfield Building Committee, serving as Chairman for eight years. During his 13-year tenure, the Committee oversaw the construction and renovation of more than $50 million of municipal and school projects. He has also served as Treasurer for both Mansfield Little League and Mansfield Youth Lacrosse.
