When I moved here in 2018, I had no idea what to expect given my previous experiences with awful landlords. All of you were able to impress me and make me feel welcome. I felt truly at home. I must say that the time I have lived in Putnam Village has been a wonderful experience.  The grounds are so well kept and everyone associated with Mayfair are very nice and easy to get along with.  If I wasn't relocating out of state, I would never leave.  The whole atmosphere here is peaceful, serene and quiet.  Not only is this a beautiful place to live but it is also a very good value.

From the first day, Mayfair was home, from the spotless apartment to the neat grounds and the friendly staff. We more than enjoyed our four years here and leave sad to say goodbye. We highly recommend Mayfair to anyone looking for a home in an apartment-style community. We will always remember our time here. Thank you so much for the memories and friendship.

We loved our apartment at first sight 29 years ago! It is nestled high in the trees where we enjoyed every season, especially fall. Over the years we were treated to glamourous pool-side parties, soft new carpets, and a brand new kitchen! More importantly, it became "home", where we felt cared for. We do look forward to living closer to our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren! There will be many days when our tranquil life will be sorely missed.
