The last seven years have been a good experience living at Mayfair. They have a great maintenance group of guys. ;If there's a problem it's taken care of the same day. The people that work here are all very caring. It's a good place to live.

I love the quiet peacefulness of this apartment and I will miss it here very much.  I also love the big kitchen and lots of storage space.  But the best thing of all are the great women who work in the office and nice guys who helped me get my car out of my parking spot this past winter...This is the nicest place all around I've ever stayed, and I am picky! I thank you all and will recommend Putnam Village to everyone. 

I was very impressed with the maintenance of the properties, which wasn't just about fixing things, but included pre-planned updates and improvements too. Any issue was handled swiftly and professionally by the friendly staff. I can recommend Mayfair Realty if you are looking for a place to rent.

Large, spacious apartments layouts, fast 24/7 maintenance and friendly, helpful staff that will go out of their way to assist residents.  Five out of five stars, hands down!  Highly recommended!
