The maintenance staff is excellent. Attention to detail, polite, and true professionals. I have never had a problem that was not fixed immediately and perfectly.

I have had yet another happy year at Putnam Village. The activities are fun, my apartment is cozy, the services are great, and I certainly appreciate my new parking space. My 85-year-old feet say "thank you" each day!

Thank all of you for another wonderful year at Putnam Village. Management and staff are kind, caring, and truly dedicated, as well as maintenance. They're phenomenal. I'd also like to mention the news bulletin. This comes once a month right to my door. :) This is just one of many extra little touches they do for you at Mayfair.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the new kitchen; it looks awesome! The guys that worked on the kitchen were fabulous! They moved all my furniture back and even put some flowers I had in a glass in a vase I had in the closet but couldn't get to due to the construction. They definitely went above and beyond and that is very impressive. I love to see that you are constantly improving the property. Kudos to all on a job well done! I so enjoy living at Pine Tree Gardens.
