We loved our apartment at first sight 29 years ago! It is nestled high in the trees where we enjoyed every season, especially fall. Over the years we were treated to glamourous pool-side parties, soft new carpets, and a brand new kitchen! More importantly, it became "home", where we felt cared for. We do look forward to living closer to our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren! There will be many days when our tranquil life will be sorely missed.

I have had yet another happy year at Putnam Village. The activities are fun, my apartment is cozy, the services are great, and I certainly appreciate my new parking space. My 85-year-old feet say "thank you" each day!

I moved to Hillcrest Village and stayed for 27 years. They were good years, and I enjoyed the amenities that were available to me. The office was always there, and the maintenance crew was outstanding. Reluctantly, as a result of medical problems, I had to move. I now pay more for less. Mayfair Realty was the best landlord I ever had.

When I moved here in 2018, I had no idea what to expect given my previous experiences with awful landlords. All of you were able to impress me and make me feel welcome. I felt truly at home. Thank you! To the exceptional maintenance staff, the lovely and friendly office ladies, and Connie, in particular. Thank you!
