Do you allow pets?
No.

Do you allow smoking/vaping?
No, we do not allow smoking or vaping in any of the buildings or on the grounds.

What is included in my rent?
We include heat, water, a large storage unit, use of the amenities, sewer, trash removal, and recycling.

How many parking spaces come with my apartment?
Each apartment has two assigned parking spaces. You are only allowed to have two vehicles on the property. Any parking space marked with a "V" is for guest parking.

Do you do short-term leases?
No, we only have 12-month leases.

Do you allow commercial vehicles or motorcycles on the property?
No, both are strictly prohibited.

Which cable company provides service to your properties?
Xfinity.

Which electric company services Foxboro?
National Grid is the only electric company that services Foxboro.

Where is my mailbox?
Mailboxes are inside your building and are locked.

Can I have packages delivered to the office?
No, we never touch resident's packages. You must have them delivered to your address. Carriers will leave packages at your building or outside of your door. Every carrier is a little different.

Where is the laundry located?
There is a common laundry room in the basement of each building. We are cash-free as a company. The day you move in, we will give you a laundry card and you can add value to it using the charging station at the Clubhouse. You then insert the laundry card into the laundry equipment.

What do I need to qualify?
We run a full background check on every adult, which includes criminal and credit, landlord, and work references. In addition, we will verify income to make sure it meets the minimum we are looking for. We also collect a security deposit equal to one month's rent when you sign your lease.

Can I have additional people live in my unit?
No. Anyone living in your apartment must be approved, in writing, through Mayfair. We do not allow more than two adults in any apartment.
