We loved our apartment at first sight 29 years ago! It is nestled high in the trees where we enjoyed every season, especially fall. Over the years we were treated to glamourous pool-side parties, soft new carpets, and a brand new kitchen! More importantly, it became "home", where we felt cared for. We do look forward to living closer to our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren! There will be many days when our tranquil life will be sorely missed.

This is my first winter and first BLIZZARD here at Mayfair. I just have to say that I am so impressed with the snow removal and the amazing men that are out there plowing and cleaning us out! It would have taken me hours to get out of my spot and they came in, snow blew the back of my car and helped me get it out in 5 minutes! Thank you Mayfair and crew for your endless work and for continuing to solidify that I absolutely made the right decision in moving here!

Thank you so much for all your help with my move into your Hillcrest Village. Thank you too for the wine and gift certificate to the 99 Restaurant.  Also, I so enjoyed my first trip to NH last Wednesday. I feel so at home here - and safe.

Great place to live--quiet and peaceful and very well maintained. Wonderful and friendly staff. We've enjoyed our 2 years living at Hillcrest Village. We met great neighbors and became friends with a lot of the residents. The amenities are superb, especially the swimming pool. We have spent summer months at the pool and always felt as if we were in a resort.
