Mike came and fixed the clogged drain from the freezer. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and cleaned up everything. I can't believe how soon after my message this was taken care of!

I must say that the time I have lived in Putnam Village has been a wonderful experience.  The grounds are so well kept and everyone associated with Mayfair are very nice and easy to get along with.  If I wasn't relocating out of state, I would never leave.  The whole atmosphere here is peaceful, serene and quiet.  Not only is this a beautiful place to live but it is also a very good value.

I have really enjoyed living at Mayfair for 20+ years! Especially the pool and the friends I have made throughout the years.

I am beginning my fourth year and am happy to be here. The services provided are great. The staff is marvelous and a pleasure to deal with--especially the young men who clear my car of snow.
