I have lived here less than 2 weeks and am extremely impressed with the service.  Mayfair is head and shoulders above any realty company I've ever dealt with in the past and I hope to live here for a long time.

Everyone has been so nice here. The organized trips and activities have been amazing. Thank you for three years of safety and affordable living in a wonderful town!

Our parents truly felt that they were a part of the "Mayfair Family." The entire staff was so wonderful to them and we will be eternally grateful. It's not often you find a development like yours and feel like an extended member of the family. God Bless all of you for the kindness you showed our mom and us. It was a difficult decision to leave Hillcrest but we were always treated so kindly when we went to the office. We are so happy we have so many new friends from our parents' days at Hillcrest.

We have been tenants for almost 5 years. Ownership and management are great. The place is unique in regards to its quietness, trees, deer, rabbits, and turkeys! Highly recommend Pine Tree Gardens.
