  • Toilet backing up or any major leak from plumbing or appliances
  • The refrigerator is not cold enough or freezes food in the refrigerator compartment
  • A gas or burning smell
  • Any alarm, such as smoke, heat, or burglar
  • No heat or hot water
  • Electrical power failure (other than a town outage)
  • You are locked out of your apartment

Your privacy is protected. We will only use this email address to contact you regarding your interest in our rental communities. Be assured that your email will never be abused, rented, or sold.

After Hours

For after hour emergencies, simply call the Mayfair Office at (508) 543-4697 and follow the menu prompts for leaving emergency notification.
