  • Toilet backing up or any major leak from plumbing or appliances
  • The refrigerator is not cold enough or freezes food in the refrigerator compartment
  • A gas or burning smell
  • Any alarm, such as smoke, heat, or burglar
  • No heat or hot water
  • Electrical power failure (other than a town outage)
  • You are locked out of your apartment

Your privacy is protected. We will only use this email address to contact you regarding your interest in our rental communities. Be assured that your email will never be abused, rented, or sold.

After Hours

For after hour emergencies, simply call the Mayfair Office at (508) 543-4697 and follow the menu prompts for leaving emergency notification.

This is my first winter and first BLIZZARD here at Mayfair. I just have to say that I am so impressed with the snow removal and the amazing men that are out there plowing and cleaning us out! It would have taken me hours to get out of my spot and they came in, snow blew the back of my car and helped me get it out in 5 minutes! I love the quiet peacefulness of this apartment and I will miss it here very much.  I also love the big kitchen and lots of storage space.  But the best thing of all are the great women who work in the office and nice guys who helped me get my car out of my parking spot this past winter...This is the nicest place all around I've ever stayed, and I am picky!
