From the first day, Mayfair was home, from the spotless apartment to the neat grounds and the friendly staff. We more than enjoyed our four years here and leave sad to say goodbye. I must say that the time I have lived in Putnam Village has been a wonderful experience.  The grounds are so well kept and everyone associated with Mayfair are very nice and easy to get along with.  If I wasn't relocating out of state, I would never leave.  The whole atmosphere here is peaceful, serene and quiet.  Not only is this a beautiful place to live but it is also a very good value.

The management team is very considerate and respectful. They take care of the apartment like their own homes. They definitely made this a lovely home for us. Thank you very much!
