It has been our pleasure living here on this beautiful property. We really enjoyed getting to know the residents, and we made some friends here. The pool will absolutely be missed as our daughter, Lauren, has learned to swim here and has spent many hours at the pool. The staff and maintenance have been fabulous, especially during the winter, making sure that the parking lots and walkways are clear of snow. They have always responded quickly to any maintenance concern we have had. They are the best.

I have been living at Hillcrest Village for almost 3 years. With friends living in properties other than Mayfair, I have realized how fortunate I am to live at this property. It seems there are never-ending complaints from my friends concerning their apartments at other properties. Yes, like everything else, nothing is perfect. The difference is that when there is a problem at Mayfair, it is taken care of in a very courteous and timely manner. The maintenance personnel are just amazing and very trustworthy. The office personnel have always been there compassionately to answer any questions or problems that arise. The owners participate with the renters during various events, making it feel like a community, not just a place to rent.
