Mayfair Philosophy

I enjoyed living here. The apartments are beautiful and the view outside is great. The office personnel are the best. Hate to leave this place.

I can't begin to tell you what a lovely setting and family the Mayfair Realty people are! The maintenance men are incredible. I have only been living here for one year, but absolutely love everyone and everything about Mayfair.

Thank all of you for another wonderful year at Putnam Village. Management and staff are kind, caring, and truly dedicated, as well as maintenance. They're phenomenal. I'd also like to mention the news bulleting. This comes once a month right at my door. :) This is just one of many extra little touches they do for you at Mayfair.

I love the quiet peacefulness of this apartment and I will miss it here very much.  I also love the big kitchen and lots of storage space.  But the best thing of all are the great women who work in the office and nice guys who helped me get my car out of my parking spot this past winter...This is the nicest place all around I've ever stayed, and I am picky! I thank you all and will recommend Putnam Village to everyone.
