When I moved here in 2018, I had no idea what to expect given my previous experiences with awful landlords. All of you were able to impress me and make me feel welcome. I felt truly at home. Thank you! To the exceptional maintenance staff, the lovely and friendly office ladies, and Connie, in particular. Thank you!

I just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful bathroom.  It truly looks amazing!  I feel like I'm in a mini spa.  

I have really enjoyed living at Mayfair for 20+ years! Especially the pool and the friends I have made throughout the years.

Hillcrest apartments are amazing! When we needed maintenance they were quick to respond and friendly. Quiet neighborhood, great neighbors, plowing down to a science. Office girls are extremely nice and friendly. Lots of trips and fun things to do. Apartment is very comfortable in the winter. Would never have left if we didn't move to Florida.
