Mayfair Philosophy

Everyone has been so nice here. The organized trips and activities have been amazing. Thank you for three years of safety and affordable living in a wonderful town!

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the new kitchen; it looks awesome! The guys that worked on the kitchen were fabulous! They moved all my furniture back and even put some flowers I had in a glass in a vase I had in the closet but couldn't get to due to the construction. They definitely went above and beyond and that is very impressive. I love to see that you are constantly improving the property. Kudos to all on a job well done! I so enjoy living at Pine Tree Gardens.

The last seven years have been a good experience living at Mayfair.  They have a great maintenance group of guys.  If there's a problem it's taken care of the same day.  The people that work here are all very caring.  It's a good place to live. 

We have loved our stay here.  Everything has been thoughtfulness.   The service has been fine.  We are going to miss you.  Thank you for your thoughtfulness and all the nice things that you all have done for us.
