Mayfair Philosophy

This is my first winter and first BLIZZARD here at Mayfair. I just have to say that I am so impressed with the snow removal and the amazing men that are out there plowing and cleaning us out! It would have taken me hours to get out of my spot, and they came in, snow blew the back of my car, and helped me get it out in 5 minutes! Thank you, Mayfair and crew, for your endless work and for continuing to solidify that I absolutely made the right decision in moving here!

I greatly enjoyed living in Putnam Village. It is close to lots of places, and I always felt safe which is important for a single woman.

Great place to live--quiet and peaceful and very well maintained. Wonderful and friendly staff. We've enjoyed our 2 years living at Hillcrest Village. We met great neighbors and became friends with a lot of the residents. The amenities are superb, especially the swimming pool. We have spent summer months at the pool and always felt as if we were in a resort.

I must say that the time I have lived in Putnam Village has been a wonderful experience.  The grounds are so well kept and everyone associated with Mayfair are very nice and easy to get along with.  If I wasn't relocating out of state, I would never leave.  The whole atmosphere here is peaceful, serene and quiet.  Not only is this a beautiful place to live but it is also a very good value.
