Beautiful Environment

Thank all of you for another wonderful year at Putnam Village. Management and staff are kind, caring, and truly dedicated, as well as maintenance. They're phenomenal. I'd also like to mention the news bulleting. This comes once a month right at my door. :) This is just one of many extra little touches they do for you at Mayfair.

This community is amazing! All of the employees, from the leasing office to the maintenance department are fantastic & super friendly.  If you're in need of a beautiful, quiet & spacious apartment, this is the place to be - all they ask is for you to pay your rent on time. 

From the first day, Mayfair was home, from the spotless apartment to the neat grounds and the friendly staff. We more than enjoyed our four years here and leave sad to say goodbye. We highly recommend Mayfair to anyone looking for a home in an apartment-style community. We will always remember our time here. Thank you so much for the memories and friendship.

Our parents truly felt that they were a part of the "Mayfair Family." The entire staff was so wonderful to them and we will be eternally grateful. It's not often you find a development like yours and feel like an extended member of the family. God Bless all of you for the kindness you showed our mom and us. It was a difficult decision to leave Hillcrest but we were always treated so kindly when we went to the office. We are so happy we have so many new friends from our parents' days at Hillcrest.
