I have been living at Hillcrest Village for almost 3 years. With friends living in properties other than Mayfair, I have realized how fortunate I am to live at this property. It seems there are never-ending complaints from my friends concerning their apartments at other properties. Yes, like everything else nothing is perfect. The difference is that when there is a problem at Mayfair, it is taken care of in a very courteous and timely manner. The maintenance personnel are just amazing and very trustworthy. The office personnel have always been there compassionately to answer any questions or problems that arise. The owners participate with the renters during various events making it feel like a community, not just a place to rent.
D. KlineThis is my first winter and first BLIZZARD here at Mayfair. I just have to say that I am so impressed with the snow removal and the amazing men that are out there plowing and cleaning us out! It would have taken me hours to get out of my spot and they came in, snow blew the back of my car and helped me get it out in 5 minutes!
