Yard Sale
We’ve had multiple requests to have a yard sale in the villages and now that spring is just around the corner it’s a good time to plan it. Every resident is welcome to join. Please adhere to the following rules:
*You can only set up on the sidewalk, or grass in front of your building.
*Do not block parking lot entrances, walkways or the roads.
*Have everything cleaned up no later than 12PM.
*Do not overload dumpsters with items you did not sell.
*Do not leave any personal items or trash in common areas (yard, street, parking lot, hallways, basement, etc.).
*Yard sale is for Mayfair residents only.
Mayfair will not provide any tables, blankets or other props you may need to set up. Rain date for this event is May 13th. Please call the office if you have any questions.
