What’s better than a coastal day trip in sunny July? Join us for a scenic drive through Salem, the city famous for the 1692 witch trials. We'll enjoy a delicious lunch buffet at Finz Restaurant located on Pickering Wharf, featuring Roasted Haddock and Chicken Piccata, accompanied by a selection of vegetables, roasted cauliflower, mashed potatoes, rolls and butter, cookies, brownies and a coffee station.
After lunch, a guide will join us for a two-hour tour of Rockport and Gloucester. Once the tour wraps up, you’ll have some free time to wander around downtown Gloucester—explore charming shops, admire art galleries, or simply relax by the water and soak in the beauty of the Massachusetts coast.
We'll depart from Putnam and Hillcrest Villages at 10 AM and expect to return to Foxboro around 7 PM. The cost for this trip is $120 per person, and friends and family are welcome. Please call the office to sign up and make your payment by June 18th. Remember, all sales are final!
I greatly enjoyed living in Putnam Village. It is close to lots of places, and I always felt safe which is important for a single woman.
A. McDonaldI enjoyed living here. The apartments are beautiful and the view outside is great. The office personnel are the best. Hate to leave this place.
E. SawanI must say that the time I have lived in Putnam Village has been a wonderful experience. The grounds are so well kept and everyone associated with Mayfair are very nice and easy to get along with. If I wasn't relocating out of state, I would never leave. The whole atmosphere here is peaceful, serene and quiet. Not only is this a beautiful place to live but it is also a very good value.
J. LockeI have been living at Hillcrest Village for almost 3 years. With friends living in properties other than Mayfair, I have realized how fortunate I am to live at this property. It seems there are never-ending complaints from my friends concerning their apartments at other properties. Yes, like everything else nothing is perfect. The difference is that when there is a problem at Mayfair, it is taken care of in a very courteous and timely manner. The maintenance personnel are just amazing and very trustworthy. The office personnel have always been there compassionately to answer any questions or problems that arise. The owners participate with the renters during various events making it feel like a community, not just a place to rent.
