"What an excellent job of maintaining these Hillcrest Apartments!  Finally, the spring cleaning job that the mainteannce crew did early this spring before even the last snow piles on the ground were completely off our sight, tilted the decision to write this.  The apartments and its periphery area of green grounds, roads, the clubhouse, the tennis courts, the golf put-put arena, all look ready to welcome spring and summer with a happy demeanor.  And, so I am sure, are the residents. "I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the maintenance service I received this past Saturday. My bathtub wouldn't drain and when I called in the morning, maintenance was over to my apartment within 1/2 hour.  I believe his name was Mike. He figured out the problem right away, went to get the parts, and before noontime, my bathtub was back in working order. He was friendly, courteous, and very efficient. "This is our first summer at Hillcrest Village. "Finding Pinetree Gardens was one of the greatest things that have happened to us so far. Moving from a different country, I was searching for a place tgo live which will meet my requirements, like being close to work, church, and shops for daily needs, etc.  Within five days, I found and moved into the apartment, and it more than met my expectations. With the facilities that are provided by Mayfair, it was a smooth transition for my wife and two little boys, who joined me in a month.
