Finally, the spring cleaning job that the mainteannce crew did early this spring before even the last snow piles on the ground were completely off our sight, tilted the decision to write this. My bathtub wouldn't drain and when I called in the morning, maintenance was over to my apartment within 1/2 hour. I believe his name was Mike. He figured out the problem right away, went to get the parts, and before noontime, my bathtub was back in working order. He was friendly, courteous, and very efficient.
