I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the new kitchen; it looks awesome! The guys that worked on the kitchen were fabulous! They moved all my furniture back and even put some flowers I had in a glass in a vase I had in the closet but couldn't get to due to the construction. They definitely went above and beyond and that is very impressive. I love to see that you are constantly improving the property. Kudos to all on a job well done! I so enjoy living at Pine Tree Gardens.

From the first day Mayfair was home, from the spotless apartment to the neat grounds and the friendly staff. We more then enjoyed our four years here and leave sad to say goodbye. We loved our apartment at first sight 29 years ago! It is nestled high in the trees where we enjoyed every season, especially fall. Over the years we were treated to glamourous pool-side parties, soft new carpets and a brand new kitchen! More importantly, it became "home", where we felt cared for. We do look forward to living closer to our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren! There will be many days when our tranquil life will be sorely missed.

I was very impressed with the maintenance of the properties, which wasn't just about fixing things, but included pre-planned updates and improvements too. Any issue was handled swiftly and professionally by the friendly staff. I can recommend Mayfair Realty if you are looking for a place to rent.
