Sunset Sea Kayaking
$40.00 PP

We are planning a "Sunset Sea Kayaking" trip to Wickford Harbor, RI. We will carpool from Foxboro at about 5:30 pm and spend a guided harbour tour on the water from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.  The cost will cover it all; gas, entrance fee, and equipment. Please call the office if you are interested, and make payment by Thursday, July 3rd.

Spelling Bee

Join the Mayfair Mavericks as we head to The North Shore Music Theater in Beverly, MA to see this fabulous musical that was nominated for six 2005 Tony Awards, and won two! Six young people on the edge of puberty strive to become adults in this funny, tender sardonic musical by the composer of Falsettos.  These outsiders use competition to define themselves, apart from their crazy families, while their struggle to escape childhood is overseen by grown-ups who never completely succeeded in escaping it themselves. Some musical numbers include:  My Friend, The Dictionary; I'm Not That Smart, Second Goodbye, Woe Is Me, and many more. Cost includes the bus and the show, and payment is due by June 16th. Bloom Bus Lines will pick us up at 5:45  pm, show time is 7:30, and we should arrive home at about 11.

Saturday, September 20
Nantucket Trip

Coming This Fall:  We are planning a trip to Nantucket on Saturday, September 20th.  Autumn on Nantucket is glorious, as the gardens of late summer are still blooming and the sun drenched days are warm enough for swimming right through September. Relax on a ferry from Hyannis to this storybook island. Discover the many shops and restaurants along the narrow cobblestone streets. You can take a narrated island tour, rent a bike and explore on your own or ride the NRTA bus that will take you to your choice of beach for some great photo opportunities. We will leave Foxboro for Hyannis at 7:30 via Conway Bus and arrive in Nantucket at approximately 11:10 am. We'll leave Nantucket at 4 pm and arrive home at about 8 pm.
