Pumpkin Festival
It’s not too early to be thinking about beautiful fall foliage and wonderful New England fall festivals. We are thrilled to announce our fall trip this year will take us on a train ride adventure to the Great Pumpkin Festival in Putnam, CT.
We will carpool from Foxboro to the historic Blackstone Valley Train Depot in Woonsocket, RI. From here we will take a relaxing train ride through the Blackstone Valley National Heritage Corridor to Putnam’s Great Pumpkin Festival where there’ll be an array of family friendly activities; Annual Scarecrow contest, craft and art vendors, live music, antiques merchants, local restaurants and much more!
We will leave Foxboro at 7:30AM and head to Woonsocket. At 9AM the scenic two hour train ride departs for Putnam, CT. We will have approximately 3.5 hours at the festival before boarding the train again at 2:30PM.
We purchased a block of 20 tickets at a discounted rate of $63 for adults and $43 for children. Please sign up ASAP if you would like to go, as this is an event that sells out quickly. Please be sure to lets us know if you can drive when you call to sign up. Friends and family are welcome. As always, all sales are final.
