It has been our pleasure living here on this beautiful property. We really enjoyed getting to know the residents and we made some friends here. The pool will absolutely be missed as our daughter, Lauren, has learned to swim here and has spent many hours at the pool. The staff and maintenance have been fabulous, especially during the winter, making sure that the parking lots and walkways are clear of snow. They have always responded quickly to any maintenance concern we have had. They are the best.

Enjoyed our time here. Really pretty grounds. Wonderful maintenance crew! Apartments are comfortable and neighbors are very nice. Very quiet place to live.

This is my first winter and first BLIZZARD here at Mayfair. I just have to say that I am so impressed with the snow removal and the amazing men that are out there plowing and cleaning us out! It would have taken me hours to get out of my spot and they came in, snow blew the back of my car and helped me get it out in 5 minutes! Thank you Mayfair and crew for your endless work and for continuing to solidify that I absolutely made the right decision in moving here!

Bob and I want to thank you so much for the wonderful BBQ this past Friday night.  It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed seeing the people we hav met over our first year here.
