"I have been living at Hillcrest Village for almost 3 years. With friends living in properties other than Mayfair I have realized how fortunate I am to live at this property.  It seems there are never ending complaints from my friends concerning their apartment at other properties.  Yes, like everything else nothing is perfect.  the difference is that when there is a problem at Mayfair it is taken care of in a very courteous and timely manner. The maintenance personnel are just amazing and very trustworthy.  The office personnel have always been there compassionately to answer any question or problems that arise.  The owners participate with the renters during various events making it feel like a community, not just a place to rent.
