We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve partnered with the Marilyn Rodman Performing Arts Center to bring you “A Christmas Carol, The Musical - Emerald City Theatrical.” This is a spectacular musical adaption of Charles Dickens’ beloved and most well-known story. With show-stopping production numbers, lavish scenery, and professional costumes, do not miss this classic holiday tradition!

It seems there are never-ending complaints from my friends concerning their apartments at other properties. Yes, like everything else nothing is perfect. The difference is that when there is a problem at Mayfair, it is taken care of in a very courteous and timely manner. The maintenance personnel are just amazing and very trustworthy. The office personnel have always been there compassionately to answer any questions or problems that arise. The owners participate with the renters during various events making it feel like a community, not just a place to rent.
