We had a wonderful 6 years at Mayfair Realty at our Hillcrest Apartment. They took great care of properties, including inside and outside of apartments, and the people living here. The response was immediate to any concerns that we had.

I have had yet another happy year at Putnam Village. The activities are fun, my apartment is cozy, the services are great, and I certainly appreciate my new parking space. My 85 year old feet say "thank you" each day!

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the new kitchen; it looks awesome! The guys that worked on the kitchen were fabulous! They moved all my furniture back and even put some flowers I had in a glass in a vase I had in the closet but couldn't get to due to the construction. They definitely went above and beyond and that is very impressive. I love to see that you are constantly improving the property. Kudos to all on a job well done! I so enjoy living at Pine Tree Gardens.

Mike came and fixed the clogged drain from the freezer. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and cleaned up everything. I can't believe how soon after my message this was taken care of!
