  • Toilet backing up or any major leak from plumbing or appliances
  • Refrigerator is not cold enough or freezes food in the refrigerator compartment
  • A gas or burning smell
  • Any alarm, such as smoke, heat, or burglar
  • No heat or hot water
  • Electrical power failure (other than a town outage)
  • You are locked out of your apartment
